A'DOC afterwork Picnic party
On the occasion of the new academic year, the A'Doc – Franche-Comté Young Researchers' Association – organizes an outdoor afterwork!
It's our first event following the COVID19/Corona pandemic, and we do hope you'll be happy to meet again even though we must adjust to health measures.
The place chosen: the "Gare d'Eau" Park, on the banks of Doubs river, in the centre of Besançon(Google Mapslink).
This « afterwork »/picnic will take place on Sunday 27th, beginning at 5.30 pm (17.30). You will find us near the Doubs, our logo will be displayed on a banner.
Considering the circumstances (COVID19/Corona), please bring your food and drinks if you want to (do not forget a cup and your fork/knife); the association's board will bring additional drinks, we will pour them directly in your cups.
As a reminder, wearing a mask is mandatory in this area of Besançon. We will provide hand sanitizer to ensure maximum safety against COVID19/Corona.
Should the weather be unsuitable for a picnic (especially rain), we will instead gather near the FRAC museum, which offers a sheltered outdoor space(Google Maps link).

Note
Our event coincides with the annual literary festival Livres dans la Boucle which takes place in the same area. Split in 3 separate weekends, the theme of Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th will be comics and youth literature.
Stopping by the festival before coming to our event would be a good way to discover French comics and literature!
