Graduation ceremony for 2022

[Event only for 2022 PhD graduates]
UBFC is pleased to invite 2022 PhD graduates to the PhD graduation ceremony.
After the success of the June ceremony for the 2020 and 2021 PhDs, it is time for graduates who defended their thesis in 2022 to the Palais des Congrès of Dijon to gather and celebrate their achievements.
Program :
- From 4:30 pm: candidates, guests and directors thesis arrival
- 5:30 pm: ceremony followed by a cocktail reception.
Important information :
- Every PhD graduate can come with a maximum of 2 guests. Thesis directors do not count as graduates' guests as they are already invited to the ceremony.
- Dress code : formal outfit
- A photographer and a videographer will be present during the whole event. If you don't want to be photographed or filmed, please contact us at communication@ubfc.fr.
➡️ You are a 2022 PhD graduate? Please confirm that you will be able to attend the event by clicking on the "Participate" button. Then choose a "PhD" ticket and fill in the form with the requested information (thesis, guests identity, etc.).
NB: After booking you will get a receipt by email mentionning "1 PhD ticket" even if you have guests. Don't worry this is normal, your registration and your guests' will be taken into account.
